History
Personal History: Born in September 1970 in NSW, Australia, to John and Aarti, Ajay was the couple's second child. His sister is older to him by 3 years and works as a Solicitor in Sydney. His parents run their own business of a small take away shop in the local area where they live.
As a child Ajay was always interested in science and sports of all sorts. Soccer and basketball was where he was more at home, excelling in both sports, yet left the two as a hobby and past time after joining RAN at the age of 18, much to his mothers horror.
He attended Ryde Primary and Epping Boys High School graduating form the latter in 1988. He joined the RAN few months later and served the Navy for 7 years gaining the rank of Petty Officer before taking terminal leave and heading of to UTS to study in Genealogy.
The type of research taken by him during his years as a student and as a grad student, he under took the study of the clone cells in order to have a better understand just how they worked and how different they were as oppose to the original origins of the clone species after Dolly the Sheep was cloned.
After graduating form his chosen field at the age of 35, Ajay worked with Macquire University for one of their researches for two years after that he was transferred to the SGC as Assistant Genealogist for one year. His transfer to Delta came after the discovery of the Titans and their cloning system. With no active Genealogist currently with the Expedition, Hank Laundry had assigned him to the task.

Training and Education: Joined the University of Technology Sydney at the age of 25 after leaving RAN. Ajay studied the Bachelor of Science for 3 years before doing the Honours for one year at the age of 29. He moved ahead to do the Ph.D for five years further graduating from UTS at the age of 35.
Military Record: Held the rank of Petty Officer in the RAN till the age of 25 before taking terminal leave in order to study Genenalogy. He was a member of the Sonar Technician Team during the Gulf war in the period of 1990-1991. And was part of the team till his terminal leave.

Ajay’s House

He groaned as he woke up after a long night and few hours of sleep. The first thing he noticed was pounding head and whiskey breath coming from his mouth. He frowned with his eyes closed and tried to recall the events of the night. He could only remember the laughter and cigar smell in the pub. But he knew that the whole story leading to the said events would come to him in due time. Grunting he got out of bed and winced as his brain hurt. Making sure he was fully balanced and was able to get to the kitchen without falling on his face flat out, Ajay ambled down the stairs to make coffee to wake him up.
Entering the kitchen, he flicked on the radio for some chatter to flow into the quite house. With his only child at school, the whole house did get lonely at times. Turning on the power to the coffee machine, he heard it grumbled and roar, making him cover his ears in process to the LOUD sounds. While the coffee was getting ready he attack the drawers for some panadol, after finding few he popped him into his mouth and drowned them with water. Just as he was about to pour himself some coffee, the front door was knocked on.
Sighing, he went over to the door and opened it to greet the person, only to find the mailman with a envelope in his hand, making Ajay frown, was is closer to midday already, shaking his head at himself, he took the letter, and signed for it. Walking back in, he tore it open and pulled out one piece of paper with US Military logo printed on it. Pouring his coffee, he sat on the lounge and began to ready, and nearly almost sprayed out the dark liquid from his mouth. The letter just left him baffled as to what it was about. And who the heck was Major Davis.

honest though I'd forgotten. The idea is to get people to get actually write a post as their character during the application process so they know early on if they can write as their new character or not? Would you be able to knock out a new Ajay-specific post?
Genealogy reading still hurts my head.....haha!!
