Besides the five marines down the back, Fiala sat quietly up front in the C-130 Hercules. She could all but laugh when she first stepped on the plane more than ten hours ago. To think somes people from the Delta site bragged about meeting the real Hercules. Her she was on a plane named after him. At the end of the day both did the job and she also heard the real Hercules and Delta team did did there. One fight she missed out.
As the Hercules came to a stop at the end of the runway, Fiala made way to the back of the plane which now revealed a ramp on to the tarmack. As she stepped onto the ramp she was greeted by a US lieutenant. And as she began her decent from the ramp the lieutenant spoke.
'Fiala Skala, Yes?'
All Fiala did was tilt her head up to give him his answer.
'I'll see that as a yes, I'm here to escort you to Cheyenne mountain. Theirs a transport at the terminal to drive us the rest of the way.. As the lieutenant spoke, he took her bag and placed it in the back seat of the jeep. It took less than a few minutes to reach the terminal,
