The only sensation that the former Katrina Logan could feel was the tingling of serum penetrating through the nervous system. It felt hot like lava seeping through to hit every nerve of the young woman’s body. But, she neither twitched nor flinched and continued to give this bastard a cold hard stare. ”I told you before I would tell the truth. The Ori have no need for lying for they know all and see all. Someday very soon you will regret the mannerisms you are portraying. But, the Ori are also a forgiving species. I’ll bet you inferiors wouldn’t even know that.”
Slowly, her darkened grey eyes were becoming slightly blurred. The sight of another needle being placed neatly inside the coat of her perpetrator was kept deep in memory. Serums were placed in her arms daily while in captivity with the Olympians. She was surprised the Special Agent didn’t see any marks of their daily torture and rituals. Serum after serum, whip after whip, beating after beating. It was like candy after a while.
As for the anecdote, part of Medica believed he was bluffing. She wasn’t exactly sure of his full intentions. The Ori would not lie and if she spoke something non-believable to him yet very believable to her new culture, then what was the point of all this? He walked around like stalking his prey trying to press more fear into the once officer’s mind. Had he no clue? The Olympians and Ori had already broke her. They convinced her everyone she ever loved or cared about was gone.
”Let me remind you once again Mr. Hatfield, that a psychotic break may occur, but death is already upon those that don’t believe. You can threaten me with all the serums in the world, but my walk through the Flames of Enlightenment will happen with or without you deciding to administer any kind of anti-serum.”If there really was any.
0840
Well it was truth serum, so might as well begin by telling the truth, now shall we? ”Well the view looks mighty fine from this chair” she chastised looking at him more seductively than before. Oh, she was broken alright, but was Hatfield strong enough to fix something that might not want to be fixed?

0836-->0844 Alleyway-->Weapons cache I9Q-833
Calmara then had another thought On second thoughts Major hadn't we better take a chance and go and make sure the factory has gone for good?"
<Johnson>
I'm sure you made a big bang, but let's be sure before we leave. Besides if the prior has our people she'll show up soon enough. If our people got her we'll grab them when were done and head back to the gate.¨
<Johnson>
Calmara knew he had just made a complete about turn with this suggestion. But he felt it necessary to suggest. Turning to Sgt Colton and the injured Warrant Officer he asked I'm might need your technical skills sergeant, so Mister Brown I know your not at your best, what if I stuck a gun in your hand and put you in a safe place?¨
<Mack> <Colton>
Well I dropped a fall back weapons cache just outside the village. It's in a natural blind spot so perfect to re-group and re-arm at and, hold any wounded until we've done. Calmara had insisted having this cache when they were first briefed. Mostly because the engineer was fed up with being outgunned when missions like this went down hill. I like to be prepared. You want me to lead you in the right direction?¨
Calmara led off moving through the towns back alleys keeping a low profile. Calmara took it slow and cautious even though they were out of the way. He halted in front of every brake or gap in houses, let the rest go in front, keeping an eye out for trouble, then trotted back to the front. The regular halts did aid the wounded letting them and the people helping them rest. After a short distance they turned away from the town making the outskirts then moved off into a slightly wooded area. They came to slight rise with side cut out but overgrown with small shrubs. Calmara called a halt then parted the shrubs and pulled out large black holdall opened it and left it reading of the list of contents. ¨Here we go i've got a few carry harnesses a SAW a couple of M16s an M203 a couple of P90s two pounds of C4 and 6 fragmentation grenades and 6 flash/bangs any takers? I call the SAW.¨
<tag any>
He then move into the slight depression and stamped out an area. Sat down pulled some of the branches around him and mimed holding a P90 and looked around. ¨That spot should accommodate three or four in relative comfort and gives a panoramic view of the surrounding area without being seen. Dr Thakur and Agent Law would you mind holding here with Col Walker and WO Brown? ¨
Straping himself up with gear and weapon he beckoned Major Johnson to one side with a motion of his head, he'd shout his mouth off and felt he was over his authority. But he felt it nesasary and that he owed the major an explanation. "Sir i know i've been my mouth off, throwing my weight around, and am probabley way outside my authortity. But let me ask you have i ever let you down on a mission" He paused for a moment to let him answer this question. "Well I've thought this through and have a plan along with several backups just in case. But i need you to trust me, and i'll explain all on the way, we need to go now?"

You can threaten me with all the serums in the world, but my walk through the Flames of Enlightenment will happen with or without you deciding to administer any kind of anti-serum.” With those words spoken Chris let out a sneering smile. He knew the serum was beginning to have an effect, and she walked right into one of his test questions, and didnt know it. But he wasnt about to show any type of pleasure, or hope. He knew this was just the beginning.
"Well the view looks mighty fine from this chair” came the result of his second test question. And his smile faded, something happened to her when she disappeared, something horrible, and Chris knew that his friend was somewhere inside begging to be let out. And It was time to do just that.
"Now, one of the neat little tricks of sodium amytal is that it also cuts through most formed results of brainwashing. Which I can see is beginning to have a positive affect on you, because I didnt tell you my name." He paused for a few seconds allowing the information to sink in, and grab ahold past the serum. "Next question, What is your name? And I do not mean that which the Ori have decided to call you, I mean your name from before."

0823 Outside Near the Edge of Town
Marah fired off another few shots as the Ori soldiers took cover and returned fire. Their spot was great for cover but the radio reception was bad and their view of the others was now blocked by the Ori. Marah stood up and let another few shots off to give them a few minutes to think. "Why haven't we heard from them" she said as the radio came alive.
Quote:
“Johnson to any Team Four member, come in; over”/ “Okay let’s move out, where dead if we stay here. Everyone good to go?”
“Oxford, Johnson. Come in….. Oxford, come in”
Marah smiled. "Speak of the devil, where have you been. Oxford is a bit tied up at the moment. We are under attack here. We will try and make our way to you guys. Law out" she finished and tapped Travis on the shoulder. "Major, Johnson is relocating and needs us there, suggest flash bangs on three" she said and got a nod. "Three, two and Go" she said throwing two flash bangs over the cover they were hiding behind.

Marah and the rest finally made it to the area that Andrew had told them and smiled "Better late then never" she said looking at the team members in here.

"Roger that, can you leave some medical supplies here for them" she said in response to James.
She could help but chuckle, "If riding into the gates of hell is the direction you want then we are heading straight there at full speed". - Season Two Premier: Once Forth They Come Please forward all PM's concerning this character to Nolen Syaira

How did she recall this agent’s name? Medica couldn’t allow for this man to believe that the serum was having serious effects on the woman’s psyche. The training was too intense for her to fall so quickly into a trap. But, a trap is exactly what the former medical officer felt like was occurring. When he turned with a somewhat grin, it only angered the Prior into allowing for this serum to penetrate the deepest parts of her mind. All the tortures and interrogations were slowly fading in like a movie in slow motion.
This isn’t happening. This is yet another test of your faith. Soon, you will be eternal and more powerful than any of them could imagine.
His next question came as no surprise. The Ori and Olympians may have altered her memory, but they didn’t scathe the medical officer of her former name. ”I was once called Katrina….Major…Katrina…Lo…” Her mind fought, but the serum was most powerful. ”…gan. Satisfied?”

OOC: I guess we are following whatever Calmara Suggested *shrugs* Good enough for me
0836-0844 Building
As he looked around the corner, he realised every minute they wasted was a minute that the enemy could locate and eliminate them. “Oxford, where the hell are you?” he asked into the radio. Hearing a crackle the voice on the other end was a female. He realised that equalled only one person. Law, "Speak of the devil, where have you been. Oxford is a bit tied up at the moment. We are under attack here. We will try and make our way to you guys. Law out" he heard tapping his radio he waited a moment before replying. “Good to hear that you got out. Negative on that, I recommend we meet up at Grid 7-A. Keep a low profile, and you better still have my SR-25 Law, Johnson out” he said clicking his radio.“On second thoughts Major hadn't we better take a chance and go and make sure the factory has gone for good?" the master sergeant requested. “I’m sure it exploded James, didn’t you feel the ground shake and the Prior run like hell, I mean if that isn’t a sign what is?” he asked holding his MP7 close to his body.“I'm sure you made a big bang, but let's be sure before we leave. Besides if the prior has our people she'll show up soon enough. If our people got her we'll grab them when were done and head back to the gate.¨ the man continued. He started to wish, he was back with his old team. In Team five, you went in dealt with it and moved on. It seems the other teams liked talking, but he didn’t have a choice due to no word from Oxford, and Walker was out of it. “You’re assuming we got anti-prior device, and you’re assuming we can head back to the blast zone which probably will be well defended, and assuming we do. You’re again assuming we can get to the gate” Andrew replied giving him a stern look. “Right now we got wounded; we have no clue if Oxford’s team made it out of the blast zone. And your assuming the gun fire is from our forces. I know Kat was your friend, she’s mine too. But come on mate, your asking for a bloody miracle.” Johnson said as he knelt and saw a trio of guards coming their way. ‘Great, its stand around the village day’ he thought as he listened to Calmara tell people his brilliant plan. Andrew started to wonder about the chain of command. He wasn’t technically Calmara’s TL. But he was higher ranking than him.
“I'm might need your technical skills sergeant, so Mister Brown I know your not at your best, what if I stuck a gun in your hand and put you in a safe place?¨ he heard Calmara say. “Safe place is where we don’t have to go for a bloody stroll” Andrew said nodding to Dale to cover the six position. “Well I dropped a fall back weapons cache just outside the village. It's in a natural blind spot so perfect to re-group and re-arm at and, hold any wounded until we've done... I like to be prepared. You want me to lead you in the right direction?¨ he heard the man say. “Okie dokie, since its hidden and such. I assume you’re the only one who knows where the damn thing is. So lead the way” Andrew informed taking Walker from Calmara. “You’re bloody heavy for a cripple Bob” Andrew muttered at Walker. They never liked each other, and right now Andrew had other things to do. Calmara led off moving through the towns back alleys keeping a low profile. Calmara as pointman took it slow and cautious even though they were out of the way. The regular halts did aid the wounded letting them and the people helping them rest. After a short distance they turned away from the town making the outskirts then moved off into a slightly wooded area. “Are we there yet, or are you lost Mr Calmara?” Andrew said still carrying Walker, who was coming in and out of consciousness. Calmara then parted the shrubs and pulled out large black holdall opened it and left it reading of the list of contents. “Here we go I’ve got a few carry harnesses a SAW a couple of M16s an M203 a couple of P90s two pounds of C4 and 6 fragmentation grenades and 6 flash/bangs any takers? I call the SAW.¨. Andrew nodded putting Walker down. “Fine, we’ll split up in small teams. Each team has a SAW, that way we can put down some serious suppressive fire.” Andrew was about to say when he heard the noise of a branch snap. Coming out of cover he saw the rest of his team. Though banged up a bit, they were at least alive. And she had his SR-25, if he could hug it he would. The suppressed sniper rifle was second to none in this area. “Better late then never" Law stated to the group. “We got wounded” he informed Law as he looked at Oxford, the guy looked like crap. “I’m sure I look better than you sir. The charges, they went off right?” he asked, when he got an affirmative he walked back to the area.
As he got some extra clips for the MP7, he hated the P90. Yeah it was good for clearing. He liked to do things properly and not waste the ammo he had. Plus the MP7 was working fine, why change it. Checking the SR out, he wanted to make sure it was capable in completing an assassination. One which was a former Major. He noticed the Master Sergeant was looking at him, the man beckoned him over. “Anymore miracles today Calmara, or is this it?” he said looking around. "Sir I know I’ve been my mouth off, throwing my weight around, and am probably way outside my authority. But let me ask you have I ever let you down on a mission" the man began, Andrew was wondering if it was a question or a statement until he realised the man was waiting. “Hey, you knew more about the operational theatre inside the village. That’s was your teams assignment. Not mine, so you had the call. For the record, we only have served once James. During that Underwater mission.” He said getting the memories out of his head. Though not many knew, Andrew was afraid of water, due to a drowning experience when he was younger. “I’ve never had a problem with you, probably never will. Plus you saved those fish people, when I would have shot them. Arrogant bunch” he said with a smile and a small laugh. “But yeah, I trust you. Just keep me in the loop once in a while.” he added looking at the man. “I take it you got a plan?” he asked leaning on a tree. "Well I've thought this through and have a plan along with several backups just in case. But I need you to trust me, and I’ll explain all on the way, we need to go now?" Andrew put his hand out. “Right now I see we got, Dale, you, Plisko and Colton. With Law, Thakur, Oxford, Brown and Walker being wounded or unable to assist. That’s 5, versus probably a battalion. Yeah I’m all for shooting people up, fight to the death but realistically. We need to gate out of here. But, saying all that. Before we rush off to certain firefight’s and such, I need to know what your plan is. Short version if you wish, another set of eyes as it were could be helpful” he said.

After helping himself to some an extra P90 magazines and a frag grenade, Jonathan made his way through the wounded as fast he could. The two teams were pretty banged up physically, not to mention of mental strain each had to carry over the last few hours. He cleaned out what he had in his backpack in terms of medical supplies, changing bandages and handing out meds for those who would take them.
“Hey, I offered…” was the first thing to cross his mind as everyone waved off the pain killers. Still he understood that everyone wanted to be clear minded for what was gonna come next. You sleep when you’re dead. Tossing his nearly empty backpack into the cache compartment, Jonathan now only wore his vest in attempt to keep himself as light as possible before taking up a look out position on the team’s six. He chewed his stim pills like skittles as he settled on his haunches, waiting for the order to move out.

Sure, Gem had undergone training to properly carry the wounded out of harms way. Then again, 180 lbs of man was not considered light by any means. She wasn't the strongest woman in the Air Force, so this was no walk in the park. However, knowing of his injuries and the massive amounts of blood loss he must have suffered, Gemma tried her best to be gentle with him. Even though he was unconcious, she tried to talk to him as his head dangled just off her shoulder.
"You've got this, Mack," she grunted, holding a handgun in the hand that was wrapped around his torso and under his arm, with her other hand gripping his other arm over her shoulders. Right now, she just focused on not dropping him and letting her superior officers make some decisions. Quickly.
It was decided that they were to fall back to a weapons cache while trying to make their way through the city unnoticed. Upon arrival, she gently leaned Mack against the wall of the building, glancing over at the other as she spoke to him quietly. "Hopefully, the others will come up with something...or the other half of the team will show up...or something. We need to get you seen by Cordoy, ASAP."
She turned back to her charge, who still did not respond...and was looking pale. Unnaturally pale.
"Mack?" she asked, touching his neck to check for a pulse. There was none. And his skin was cold to the touch. But...she couldn't be sure...could she? She had basic First Aid...but she was no medic. Her chest tightened. How long had she been carrying a dead man??? Then, the voices of her superiors caught her attention.
"Right now I see we got, Dale, you, Plisko and Colton. With Law, Thakur, Oxford, Brown and Walker being wounded or unable to assist." The Major had spoken, trying to take count of who all they were with. Swallowing a moment, she tried to find the words.
"Major," she started, slowly, "Brown...Brown is gone."
It seemed as if time stopped for a moment. Yes, they could not stay here long, and she knew that. But, for a moment...she could not stop looking at the face of the man who leaned against the wall, looking as though he simply slept. She wondered how long he had been gone...and how long she had been talking to the Warrant Officer. For a moment, she felt nauseous. However, this was not the time for emotions. There would be a time for that. They had to get out of here first.
"Can we make it to the gate...with him?" she asked, looking from her team members to Mack and back again. They couldn't just leave him here, could they? No...no, they couldn't. In fact, even if they said no, she had resolved in her mind to take him herself. Orders or no. "I can still carry him."
<Tag Calmara, Johnson>
She could feel a tiny pickaxe of thought chiseling away at the back of her mind. She wondered for a moment what carrying and talking to a dead guy must do to a person's psyche. But, for the moment, these thoughts had to be pushed back along with the sadness at losing a brother-in-arms. It upset her slightly that she did not know the man very well. They had hardly collaborated on this mission. She did not know much about him at all. And it made her sad.

Glad to see that he still had the trust of his superiors. Calmara obliged spilling the short version of his plan. ”We take control of an Ori ship that’s left and use it to take out the remnents on the ground plus the orbital defence satellites breaking the Ori’s hold on this planet for good.”
<Johnson>
Turning as Sgt Colton spoke, then wished he hadn’t as she informed him of the loss of a team member Warrant Officer Brown. They had to make sure he was the last. Calmara momentarily thought of just running back to the gate, but no, they had to see this through. Calmara pulled of jacket he had just retrieved and laid it over his face ”We can leave him here until we get back, we will bring him back give him a proper funeral, but now Sgt I still need you to finish this, you with me.”
<Colton>
Looking around Calmara realized he still had a team member unaccounted for and had to chance using the radio to find him. ”Hatfield from Calmara, report location and status.”
<Boyde>
Initially taken aback by the strange voice replying, he recalled seeing his name slated as a backup. ”Master Sergeant James Calmara, Where’s Dr Hatfield?”
<Boyde>
“No leave him to work he might just be able to bring her back, we’re just moping up the last remnants of the Ori, I’ll contact you when were pulling out. Stay sharp and look after them Chief, Calmara out.” With everyone placed and secure for the moment. Calmara moved off with the small strike team.
0850 Rise over looking factory I9Q-833
They made it to the rise over looking the factory, the devastation made by the teams first strike was clear most of the building had collapsed as a result of the explosion. A few were left standing. The Frigate closest to the building were heavily damaged, the other was undamaged. Their were plenty of people swarming over the remains of the buildings, but not so may round the ship.”Looks we’ve only got one ship left, probably raised the shields at the first sign of trouble. If we stick this side of the ship we should remain undetected to those on the factory side and board the ship.”

”I was once called Katrina….Major…Katrina…Lo…” Her mind fought, but the serum was most powerful. ”…gan. Satisfied?” he heard the words exsapcing the majors lips, but could hear the struggle with which they came, almost as if she didnt believe them herself. Well, thats about to change. he thought to himself.
Chris looked at the former major and shook his head. "No, not even close. Im going to push and push and when you cant take any more, im going to mush some more. by the time were through you will remember everything, from what you believe, to who you are, to why we are here. You will remember everything." He looked at her hard, and knew that it would be difficult, but necessary for both parties.
"Next question." He took a deep breath, "Name, rank, place of birth." He didnt want to show the Major the consequesnces for giving the wrong answers, but time was running short. The Ori were getting too powerful, gathering roo many followers and Chris wasnt going to stand by and watch as they took one of his friends as well. There had already been too many SG members lost to the Ori, and last he knew they had taken SD-3 as well, and he knew the only way to save them was through the Major.
<TAG KAT>
After hearing her response, Chris shook his head and said, "Im sorry, but not the right answer." He walked back over to the table and picked up a small thin wooden splint and walked around behind her. He took her left hand and placed the splint at the end of her ring finger, just under the tip of her nail, inserted it several centimeters and applied pressure. He had used this technique countless times in his past and he knew the excruciating pain this caused. But he knew that anytime, the possibility of being discovered by more Ori was a pressing issue on his mind.
<TAG KAT>
He walked back round in front of her and said firmly and unwavering, "Again, Name. Rank. Place of birth." He was himself experiening a level of pain he hadn't felt in a long time, not since the end of Desert Storm where he had to interrogate one of his closest friends for information on the mole in the Agency.
<TAG KAT>
After hearing her response, amongst the looks of anger and pain, he looked at her and said, "Question two: Bactra. How did I die?" The name of the planet still brought unforgivable flashbacks forward in his mind. He now almost two years later could still feel the energy blast hit the side of his neck, the pain he felt still reminded him of why he came back.
<TAG KAT>
After the Major responded once again he looked at her and said, "Be specific. I read your debriefing report. You know what happened to me, now tell me!" And once again applied pressure to the splint in her finger. He hated turning into this cold-blooded monster, but it was time to do whatever it took to make it home safely.
<TAG KAT>
After Kat gave him the answer he nodded, now time to get personal with her. He noted that the responses were coming with fewer and fewer resistances to the serum, and came out with that ringing bell of truth. "Lt. Colonel Robert Walker. You remember him dont you?" He paused, "He needs you. He needs the Major Logan that you once were." He had to reach er soul on some level, and he was running out of options. He knew that she had been tortured before, so this wasnt anything new to her, but perhaps psychological stimulation might help more. His words came out with so much passion it nearly suprised him. They werent pleading, but they were definetly full of passion.
<TAG KAT>
((OOC: Okay, Im thinking perhaps another few posts between us Kat before we decide on how you will turn out. Forever Ori? Or Back to SG:D...Everyone please bear with us as we continue this...))

0843-0900
”Name, Rank, date of birth”
When Kat answered in a tone that would denote she was not going to cooperate, the agent pulled something from his bag. Once the stick was placed inside the nail pushed in, the once medical officer let out a loud scream filled with anger and pain.
”Again, Name, Rank, and place of Birth”
This time her answer must have satisfied Hatfield but it didn’t deter him from continuing the form of torture for this individual to not scream once again in pain. ”How did I die” A flood of flashbacks came pouring into the major’s mind. Bactra was a mission that most team members did not want to forget. It brought back the fact that Katrina had been the first to respond to his injuries and notice he had no pulse. Her voice became low and was nearly back to the gentleness everyone once remembered.
With eyes closed, she recalled the events even if they still remained but a flash. “You were shot, somewhere in the upper part of the body, the neck I believe. I checked for a pulse and found nothing.” Her eyes winced then remembering flashes of the memorial service held for him back at the base. ”A memorial service was held. I don’t remember much after that.”
It seemed Hatfield didn’t quite like the answer given and put pressure on her finger again. She wailed in pain. ”I don’t remember! I don’t want to remember. Take my damn finger off if you have to, but I don’t remember!” It was the truth. The serum was in her to force the truth out, but she honestly couldn’t remember those days any clearer. However, his next questions opened the flood gates that were held up with a steel damn inside her heart.
” "Lt. Colonel Robert Walker. You remember him dont you?" He paused, "He needs you. He needs the Major Logan that you once were."
Now her eyes opening to face his with a spiteful look. Tears streamed down her face remembering what she “thought” was the truth. The serum was to bring out the truth and whatever the Olympian’s did altered her memory and she only knew of what she saw that day. Quietly, her eyes fixed upon Hatfield’s. They became cold and dark once more as she spoke. But the Kat that once was everyone’s friend came through along with the pain and torture she had faced during her time as an Olympian captive.
”Robert is dead” she began. Her eyes closed again and the tears came freely. ”I should know, I killed him myself.” Not even knowing the response from the special agent, Katrina continued with the memory that had been implanted within her mind. ”All of the members of SD-3 and others were lined up for execution. They were going to torture the leaders and shoot the others. Some were taken as slaves.” Her voice choked knowing what was coming next. It was an event that she dealt with every day and still pained her heart when the thought had to be told once more. ”I couldn’t bear to see him suffer. I couldn’t bear to watch him be tortured again. I was being held captive to attend to the wounded Olympian soldiers. I grabbed one of their weapons and shot him between the eyes. I watched his body drop dead.”
Eyes flared open with redness, anger and guilt. She looked to Hatfield finally realizing the real Kat was beginning to come forth. ”Tell me, what you would do if you had to go to sleep on a concrete floor and every time you closed your eyes, the first image was of the person you loved with all your heart falling dead at your hands. What if you had to see that every day for months. Tell me, what choices would you have made?”
Her passion was becoming stronger. The old Kat resurfacing then disappearing periodically. ”The Ori took me in and began to heal that wound. They told me of tests that would come forth to test my faith before walking through the Flames of Enlightenment. The image of Walker was just that, an image. He can’t possibly be alive.”
She was near exhaustion, and just awaited for what this man had in store for her next.

OOC: Though it seems the missions are finishing, let’s do this.

“You alright Plisko?” he asked the American air force Staff Sergeant. Who seemed to be half-asleep, if this was so. He’d make the man stay with the wounded to tend their wounds and look after them, as it seemed the man had medical skills they could count on. “..And the plan is?” he asked the Master Sergeant. ”We take control of an Ori ship that’s left and use it to take out the remnants on the ground plus the orbital defence satellites breaking the Ori’s hold on this planet for good.” the man started. Andrew raised his eyebrow, “That’s the plan I had several hours ago until you Team Three people started a god damn firefight. They will have the area locked down, you really think we can get to the base with limited engagement, and then steal a ship? I mean, if amazingly ever Ori Soldier is asleep, or the ships aren’t grounded. What stops the fighters from zeroing in on us? Yeah, plan all you want. But James, your seem to be forgetting allot of intel” Andrew said as he slightly raised his voice. He noticed the technical sergeant standing nearby, “Yes, Colton. What’s up?” he asked as he took a breath. He could tell instantly something was wrong, the way the eyes moved. The body language, “Major," she started, slowly, "Brown...Brown is gone.". Andrew looked over to where the covered body lay. “Are, Are you sure? I mean didn’t Major Logan revive him?” he asked, as he had seen priors revive people before and they stayed alive. Putting his hand up for Calmara to stop talking he went over to the body of the warrant officer. Checking the man’s pulse, he was cold. Andrew had lost men in warzones before, people died everyday and people would continue to die. Yet Andrew felt responsible, he personally led the attack that Brown was apart of. “Lest we forget” Andrew muttered before looking up at the technical sergeant.
"Can we make it to the gate...with him?...I can still carry him." she stated, he could tell she was in shock. “I couldn’t care less if a Battalion is by the gate, we’ll bring him home.” Andrew said trying to comfort the girl. ”We can leave him here until we get back, we will bring him back give him a proper funeral, but now Sgt I still need you to finish this, you with me.” he heard the Master Sergeant say. “Calmara, I said I trusted you, I didn’t say I’d authorise some half-arsed mission. We have too many wounded to be a proper fighting force. As much as you think you can help these people, with your insane idea. You have to understand, we are out numbered seven hundred to one. Hatfield is off playing his little games as usual, the man never stops doing that. Boyd is probably the sentry, now I got Plisko, you and Colton. That’s not much of a team James. Unless you know how to become invincible and invisible. I’m all for fighting to the last round, I’ve done it heaps of times. But your plan has too many faults.” He said trying to get through the man’s head. Yet it seemed the Master Sergeant believed his plan would work. ‘And I thought Bob was bad at plans, his whole team is’ Andrew thought as he signalled Dale. “You stay here; Thakur and Law won’t be able to hold. Try to get some sort of stretcher ready to carry the dead and wounded out.” he informed the Captain as he walked over to the Major. “Well, seems we got a Master Sergeant on a rampage, and allot of wounded. There’s no way, his plan will work. Right now they have units looking all over the place. But there’s a chance that the gate won’t be that secured. I’m heading there, I’ll keep regular check in’s” he said as he turned to the Master Sergeant, before he started to move off towards the Stargate. He knew those heading to the shipyards would be caught and killed in no time at all.

Maj. Johnson’s lack of interest and support in his plan troubled him, but not enough for him to change or back out, he tried again to convince him. “Look security maybe tight but they think they’ve got use on the run out here, they won’t be expecting us to hit them again. This is going to work.” Calmara smiled at the reference to him being on a rampage. He was probably right the red mist may have descended but he was going for it and that was that. It also seemed as though he had grudging permission the question was who else would follow. “Right then see you back at the gate. Plisko, Colton, if you’re with me lets move out?”

Staying low and moving carefully through the natural cover that the forest provided. They quickly and quietly made it to the rise over looking the factory. The devastation made by the team’s first strike was clear most of the building had collapsed as a result of the explosion. A few were left standing. The Frigate closest to the building were heavily damaged, the other was undamaged. There were plenty of people swarming over the remains of the buildings, but not so may round the ship. “Looks we’ve only got one ship left, probably raised the shields at the first sign of trouble. He said, crouched down to keep out of sight. Having worked out his entry point he gestured as he spoke, first down then to one side.”This slope looks like it has an easy gradient if we slip down it and stick this side of the ship we should remain undetected to those on the factory side and board the ship on this hand side. I’ll take point, Colton take six, Plisko you’re in the middle. We’ll advance over and over stay low and watch out for traps things of that nature.”

Calmara advanced a few meters forward before halting, then indicating for Plisko to follow. Waiting patiently keeping an eye open for trouble. Then he indicated for Colton to move past. As soon as she halted, he moved past them both then halted. In a short time they covered a large part of the slope in this pattern. Suddenly a halt was called Calmara, at that point in the middle, moved next to the lead position beckoning the rear guard to follow suit. ”What have you got?” Calmara asked as he looked out over the shipyard. The Frigate was now close enough to touch but they had to be careful then Calmara saw why the halt had been called.

With the frigate was in clear view, rings dropped from the side depositing a squad of soldiers. These began marching round the frigate towards a column a way off in the distance. Calmara thought for a moment about what Maj. Johnson had said earlier. Going ahead with this idea was suicide; it was time to cut his loses and slip away while still unseen.
“Time to go guys, we’ve got a company heading for us from ten o’clock. There’s no way we’re taking them on. We’ll slip back and pick up the wounded. Then on to the gate Sgt Plisko lead off please.”
Calmara held as both of them started moving up the slope. Keeping his eye on the two groups of soldiers moving towards each other Calmara then moved up the slope himself.
Reaching the top he radioed “Johnson from Calmara. There is one frigate left but you were right sir the place is crawling with soldiers. Were pulling back to the stargate we’ll pick up any left over at the weapon cache. ”

OOC: Sorry everyone in the long delay in posting, things have been a little hectic in RL

Chris listened to Kat's reply and knew that that had been an implemented memory, and he knew the Olypiams and the Ori had that capability to do such a thing.
He walked back over to his small workbench and picked up a piece of paper, walking it back over to her he held it out, "Does this look like the picture of a dead man to you?" He placed the picture at her feet on the ground, before pulling out the second one, "Or how bout this, or this, or this?" He said showing her each picture before throwing it to the floor, "Do these pictures look like those of a dead man? I can assure you they are not, I took them myself only a mere four days before we arrived on the planet." Chris said calmly.
The images were that of Colonel Walker in some of his weakest moments, recovering in the infirmary, pacing aimlessly around the base thinking deeply about something that Chris knew as a fact, he was thinking of the woman that was sitting in front of Chris right now. He then knelt down close to Kat's ear and said, "Major, he needs the love of his life." He hoped that those words would be enough to break the washed mind of his captive.

Katrina sat there motionless. Only her eyes began to scan the photos one by one as they dropped to the floor. Each one was a different photo that had the dates embedded within them to show that the pictures were authentic. Or were they? Manipulation of photos could have easily been done by a computer. The ultimate test of her faith was standing there before her. If Walker was alive, why wasn't he the one in the room, not Hatfield?
Every time the prior looked at a photo, a gunshot rang as though killing him only happened moments prior. Sweat was beading up the forehead making her feel a bit faint, but Katrina was a strong stubborn woman. The prior inside was even stronger not allowing for Hatfield to see the emotions now flourishing like a tornado. "How am I to believe these photos? Anyone can touch them up. I killed him, I can still him......", she said unfinished in a whisper voice soft and a tear trickling down her face. The guilt was overbearing, overwhelming and the major was breaking.
"Why?" was all she could feel at the moment, not knowing what was the truth and what was a lie. Her mind seemed like it was in a whirlwind of trouble. Where was Walker? Wouldn't he be here saying these words if that's the face she saw not too long ago? Or was this truly a test a faith?
Closing her eyes, the medic's head bowed slightly. The words "help me" were there but barely audible. "Save me" came next as tears flowed a little more freely than before.
