Here is the standard character profile form - fill it out and start a new thread in the Recruitment Office forum with your characters name as the topic. Your profile will be read over, any suggestions/corrections made, and when it all checks out you'll be accepted in. Please read the Delta Site Timeline thread prior to posting your character profile. If you need any help, check out any Approved profile or PM any of the Admins

Character must be original, not cannon character from the Stargate franchise or any other TV show, movie, book, video game etc
Try to create characters that will be able to actively and constantly contribute to the expedition, vessels or off-world teams of this role play
Please research your characters occupation and bio before posting – Wikipedia is a great place to start
No character is perfect; flaws = fun. ‘God’ characters of any kind will be quickly rejected
New members should stick to one character for a couple of episodes before they get the swing of things before creating additional characters
You must create a new account for each character

ONCE YOUR PROFILE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, IT WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED BY THREE MEMBERS OF THE ADMIN TEAM BEFORE YOU CAN BEGIN ROLEPLAYING. Also remember that if you create an ADDITIONAL CHARACTER, PM and Administrator before posting

Biological Information
Name: Your characters name and any nicknames.
Gender: Male, female, or other.
Race: Your characters race, keeping in mind we don't accept canon species from SG-1 or Atlantis.
Homeworld: Depends on race.
Date of Birth (Age): Your characters date of birth; please place their age in brackets afterwards.
Height: Pretty straight forward.
Blood Type: Depends on race, for humans check out Wikipedia.
Hair: Describe your characters hair, if they have any.
Eyes: Once again, straight forward.
ID Marks: Any birthmarks, tattoos or distinguishing features of your character.

Professional Information
Occupation: Military, Doctor, Scientist, Linguist etc
Organization: If military, USAF, USMC, USN RAAF, Royal Marines etc
Rank: Please read the Military Rank Structure or Civilian Rank Structure threads first.
Rank Grade: Please read the Military Rank Structure or Civilian Rank Structure threads first.
Assignment: Refer to the Positions Available page to see where we need personnel.
Delta Site Awards: Any awards you've been issued while at the Delta site, we'll inform you at the end of each mission who gets what.

History
Personal History: A quick overview of their non-Military life.
Family: Little bit about their family.
Training and Education: List any medical, defensive, educational, linguistical, flight, or science skills you character has.
Military Record: Your characters prior military service.
Skills: Any major skills they may have.
Ancient Gene: Does you character carry the Ancient gene, or has undergone gene threatment.
Other: Anything else you'd like to add.

Avatar Character: The actor/actress that portrays your character - see Avatar List to avoid doubling up. Please use real life actors and not character from comics, video games etc.

Name/Country: Your real name/country of origin.
