The next team on the list was the combat operations team SD-5, helmed by Commander Jerry Garcia, former US Navy SEAL. The team had made many achievements during their time with the expedition, including locating the ZPM - zero point module - which generated enough power to allow the Iliad to power both its Stargate and powerful engines at the same time. The ZPM had thankfully been retrieved from the Delta Site prior to its destruction at the hands of Athena, and would go a long way when the expedition settled down at to a more stable base of operations.

With the wormhole to the planet established, Lacey sent through the message. "Sierra-Delta-Five, this is Delta-Six. Intel suggests Ancient technology is located on the planet formerly used as our base of operations. New orders are to return to Iliad ASAP and prepare to retake the planet. I repeat, return to Iliad ASAP. Delta-Six out."

With the transmission away, Lacey powered down the gate. He only had one more message to fire off, and after that he was expecting things around Stargate operations to get very busy as all teams returned to receive their new orders.
