Civilian Rank Structure
Below is a table providing equivalent military, civilian, National Intelligence Department and International Oversight Advisory ranks for Delian Expedition personnel. Details concerning rank entry and promotion can be found at the bottom of the page. It will now provide a means by which a civilian chain of command can be formed, and allow staff members to promote civilians for their work and contributions toward the site. Promotion and rank is based on your characters time in service with the Delian expedition, the quality and quantity of their RP posts, and their non-RP contribution to the site.

Civilian: Expedition members with no college degrees start as GS-10. Those who have an undergraduate or Masters degree are employed at GS-11, while bearers of Doctorate degress (PhD) will start at GS-12. Promotion occurs based on service to the expedition, with the ranks of GS-15 or higher only being held by department or division heads.
NID/IOA: All civilians assigned to these ranks start out as GS-10 and are promoted over similar time periods to military personnel, ie GS-11 after two years service, GS-12 after four years service, GS-13 after eight years service etc.
